Over many years of seeking service at this facility I had always had great service. Recently I had my first not so great experience. As soon as the owner, Chris, heard about this he immediately called me apologizing and encouraging me to come back in so that they could make it right. This is the step that is getting missed in today’s world of customer service. So if you want to go somewhere that still values making it right for the customer this would be a great place to go. I will be going back 😊

The price was lower then everyone else. It cost what they said none of that we found something else and was done in half the time they quoted me and the work is frist class. A.C works better then a brand new car. There friendly help full and knew what they were doing differently worth checking out for your car nedds.

Needed an AC recharge for ’11 BMW M3. Called Friendly, they said happy to help so popped by with the car on Saturday morning and the first thing they asked was did I need the car back that day. They were immediately willing to make and extra effort to help me out. As it happens, I didn’t need it until Monday. Called 1st thing Monday morning and got the word it was ready to go. They stuck to their price – did not up-sell me on anything. It is so refreshing to find a great auto shop. Oh, and the AC has never blown so cold and that says a lot in AZ! I highly recommend these folks.

Update review: August 1st, 2026: My compressor went out on the 2010 CR-V, and I had the AC redone. They put a new compressor in, and it's now working really good, especially if it's under 110 degrees. They did a great job, and the price was reasonable. Update review: 7-23-2026 My son took his car out there to have an inspection done on it to see what needs to be fixed. He originally had the engine rebuilt by another company, "EP", and there are some issues that need to be addressed by warranty. Now that we have the video and pictures, we can identify them and work with EP to get it fixed. Original review, June 2026. I've had issues with my Honda CRV. The AC has never been cold, or at least not consistently. I brought it into the Friendly Service group on Main. The fellow running the desk was very nice and polite. They have a lounge you can sit in that has AC and a TV to watch until your vehicle is ready. They gave me about a 90-minute estimate for flushing the coolant system and refilling it with a dye that can be seen for leaks and that sort of thing. They were right on time getting the work done. Took my car to friendly auto center 2 days in a row! I just moved to Mesa and my car AC wasn’t working and I needed an oil change. I called and they were able to get me in immediately. Took it in, they tested my AC and for some weird reason my cars AC was showing off for them at 63 degrees. They showed me and said it just seems to be working. So they did my oil change. But I knew at least I found an honest mechanic that I could trust. The very next day, my starter went out on my car. I called back and was able to get it in the next day. It took a few hours and while it wasn’t cheap, when they sent me the break down I looked at the itemized list and everything was completely reasonably priced. It’s nice that I was able to find a mechanic close to my new home that I can take my car to and know I’ll get an honest mechanic to take care of Rhonda Rio. (My car’s name lol)
